Ingredients:
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Directions:
Drain and puree artichoke hearts in a
blender / food processor (or chop roughly
for more texture). Mix with cheese and
mayonnaise. Pour into a shallow dish.
Broil until bubbly. Serve with chips or
crackers.
