Dish of the Day...Salted Pretzel Caramel Brownie

Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup water
  • ⅔ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups pretzels
  • 1 jar caramel sauce
  • Coarse sea salt

Directions:


Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9”x13” baking pan. Prepare brownie batter according to instructions. Pour ⅓ batter into pan. Spread evenly. Add two even layers of pretzels. Spoon remaining
brownie batter on top. Bake 30 minutes, or until done. Remove and set on a cooling rack to cool. Spoon caramel sauce on the top. Sprinkle with a few of sea salt. Can be served warm or cool.
