Dish of the Day...Cheesy Crab Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated*
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ package (4oz.) imitation crab meat, diced
  • 1 small purple onion, diced

Directions:


* Grating a block of cheese by hand works better than the pre-shredded type. Place all ingredients in a shallow baking dish. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes or until the ingredients are melted enough to stir together. Stir until combined. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with Frito’s Scoops for dipping.
