Dish of the Day...Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 packages frozen french toast sticks
  • 16oz shaved deli meat
  • 8oz shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup parsley

Directions:


Preheat oven to 375°. Cut french toast
stick into ¾” cubes and lay in bottom of
9”x13” pan. Wisk milk and eggs and pour
over french toast cubes. Mix meat,
cheese, and parsley in a bowl/ Spread
evenly over french toast/eggs in the pan.
Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until
golden brown.
