Dish of the Day...Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces of Ranch dressing 
  • 4 ounces of buffalo sauce
  • 2 cans (9.75 oz) white meat chicken 
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese *

Directions:
Mix them in a bowl, pour in a pan, cook  

for 20 minutes at 350° and serve with  
tortilla chips or triscuits. 

* Can also sprinkle additional mozzarella  

on top after baking and put back in oven 
a few minutes to melt.
