Dish of the Day...Snickers Salad

Ingredients:
  • 12 Snack-sized Snickers, chopped
  • 5 medium apples, chopped
  • 1 instant vanilla pudding pack
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 (8 oz) whipped topping
  • Caramel ice cream topping

Directions:


In a bowl, whisk your pudding, milk and
whipped topping until incorporated. Add in
chopped apples. Add in chopped Snickers.
Stir. Place in a large serving dish and cool in
refrigerator for about 1 hour. Add a few
pieces of Snickers bites on top as garnish
and drizzle chilled caramel topping on top.

Dish of the Day...Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Directions:

 
Drain and puree artichoke hearts in a
blender / food processor (or chop roughly
for more texture). Mix with cheese and
mayonnaise. Pour into a shallow dish.
Broil until bubbly. Serve with chips or
crackers.
