Ingredients:
- 8oz can “no salt” tomato sauce
- 1 packet enchilada sauce mix
- 10 whole wheat tortillas
- 16oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2lbs of ground turkey (browned)
Directions:
- Make sauce per directions.
- Brown turkey.
- Place 2 tortillas on bottom of 9”x13” greased pan.
- Layer 1⁄4 turkey, 2 table- spoons sauce and sprinkle cheese (repeat 4 times).
- End with a layer of tortillas. Pour remaining sauce and sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350° until sauce is bubbling and all the cheese is melted.
